What materials are used in your jewelry?
We use high-quality materials, which ensure pieces are tarnish-free and hypoallergenic. Detailed descriptions of materials are available on each product page.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we offer a warranty on all of our jewelry. Our 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects or material issues, such as broken clasps, tarnishing, or engraving errors. If your personalized necklace experiences any of these issues within the first year, we'll repair or replace it for free. However, the warranty does not cover accidental damage, lost items, wear and tear from extreme conditions, or damage resulting from improper care. Please follow our care instructions to ensure your jewelry stays in the best condition.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we offer financing options through Sezzle. You can select this option during checkout to spread out payments over time.
Can I create a custom piece with my own design or idea?
Yes, we can create custom designs. Please email us with your design request.

How long does it take to create and ship my personalized jewelry?
Our personalized jewelry typically takes 2 weeks to craft from scratch. Orders are usually received 2-5 days after they have been shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders (limited time only).
Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can make adjustments up to 6 days after you have placed your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, unfortunately we do not ship outside the US at this current moment.

Due to the custom nature of personalized jewelry, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the quality or a mistake on our part. In this case, please contact our team and we will resolve it.

How long do I have to return an item?

What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect piece.

How should I take care of my jewelry?
Use a dry soft lint free cloth to periodically wipe clean your jewelry items. This will keep your jewellery looking shiny. Ideally, store your Nadirah&Co jewelry in a dark, cool and dry place to help reduce scratching and tangling.
To ensure longevity please keep jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, bleaches and deodorants which may cause damage to the metals.Â
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
Whilst our jewelry is tarnish free and safe to wear whilst showering, it is best to avoid engaging in any activities that expose your jewelry to excessive moisture, in order to preserve it for longer.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
How can I prevent my jewelry from tarnishing?
To prevent tarnishing, store your jewelry in an airtight container when not in use, and avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products. Regularly clean your pieces with a soft cloth.
