It feels sturdy and not likely to bend or break without strong force. It has a polished, mirror-like shine, so I need to be careful to avoid scratching it. I initially received a necklace with an issue, but the company handled it well by sending a replacement, demonstrating excellent customer service, which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely order from them again the quality is superb, perhaps even superior to other companies, and the price is excellent. The time frame from ordering to receiving was a little longer than normal; however it is personalized jewelry from a small business so it's understandable why it would take a little longer. I would recommend and purchase again.
